Cookie Policy
This policy describes cookies and similar technologies used on the AI Attendant marketing site and client portal.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies such as local storage for theme and locale preferences. Some cookies are essential to sign you in and keep the portal secure.
Cookies We Use
- Essential — authentication cookies (for example access and refresh tokens with a client suffix), CSRF/session protections, and security-related cookies required to operate the portal.
- Preferences — locale and theme choices so the interface stays consistent across visits.
- Analytics (optional) — only when we configure Plausible and/or Google Analytics via environment settings. These help us understand marketing funnel events such as signup and checkout. They are not loaded when those providers are unset.
Embed Widget
The public embed script on your website may use local storage or cookies scoped to your site’s visitor experience (for example chat session continuity). End-user chat content is processed according to your configuration and our Privacy Policy.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or restrict). Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or break portal features. For optional analytics, you can use browser controls or privacy extensions; we do not enable third-party marketing pixels by default.
Updates
We may revise this Cookie Policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
