Terms of Service

By creating an account, completing checkout, or embedding our widget, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use AI Attendant on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AI Attendant lets client organizations subscribe to a plan, add websites within plan limits, maintain per-site knowledge bases, and serve an embeddable chatbot. Features, limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page and in your subscription. We may update the product over time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Keep credentials secure and restrict access to authorized team members.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and not to upload infringing, harmful, or abusive content into knowledge bases or chats.
• Not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt platform integrity.

Paid plans are billed according to the selected cycle (monthly or yearly) through Stripe or other processors we designate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Past-due accounts may lose access to product features; canceled or expired subscriptions may disable embed serving as described in the product.

You retain ownership of content you submit (including KB entries, documents, and site URLs). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. Chat answers are generated from your KB and third-party model providers; outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate—you are responsible for reviewing content shown to end users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the chatbot or portal.

You may cancel your subscription from billing settings (or by contacting support). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, liability limits, and confidentiality) continue after termination.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
